An AI agent, set up and handed over.

Fixed price, a scope counted in writing before you buy, and hours that are capped. We connect the agent to your chat and to the system that holds your data, test it with you, and hand over a runbook your team can follow.

What you are buying

A workflow, counted the same way on the quote and the invoice

Most disputes about this kind of work start with a word nobody defined. Here are ours.

A workflow is one trigger and up to three steps. A fourth step or a second trigger is a second workflow.

An integration is one system the agent reads from or writes to with its own login: Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or your accounting or property software if it has a documented way in (an API).

We count with you on the call, in writing. The count in your quote is the count on your invoice; nothing is added after.

An invoice arrives by email

The agent files it where your invoices go, writes the line in your sheet, and posts a note in your team chat.

One trigger, three steps: one workflow.

A tenant emails a repair request

The agent opens the ticket, sends the tenant a window, and asks your contractor before anything is booked.

One trigger, three steps: one workflow.

$499, one-time

  • One workflow: one trigger and up to three steps
  • Two channels: Telegram or Slack
  • One integration: Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or your own software if it has a documented way in (an API)
  • A one-hour call to hand it over
  • A one-page data map for your privacy file: where the VM and its backups are, who can open it, which model provider you picked, and what leaves Canada
  • Up to 4 desk hours; past that we stop and quote at the hourly rate
  • Plus a Managed Agent VM at $79 a month, month to month

Set up on a Managed Agent VM we run. First VMs go out once the image has passed its update and rollback tests on our own machines.

Where it runs

Why the agent needs its own machine

An agent that answers in the evening, remembers last week and files things while you sleep has to run somewhere that is always on, and that is not anyone's laptop. Ours runs on our own servers in Canada and is backed up nightly, so its memory and its files stay in the same place and you can audit who opened it. If what you want is a small automation inside a tool you already pay for, say so on the call: that may not need a machine of its own.

Managed Agent VM, $79 a month — the spec, what the plan covers and where it sits.

Who approves

The agent asks you, and so does the desk

The agent asks you before it writes to your systems. Our desk asks you before it changes anything. They are separate switches.

Your agent asks you

Any action that writes to your systems asks you first, in your chat, until you switch that off for that workflow. We suggest leaving it on while you settle in. It is a switch you hold, never a timer that runs out.

Our desk asks you

Nothing our staff change on your systems happens without your yes on the ticket. The hours go on the ticket, and the ticket shows who opened your machine and when.

Founding customers

Founding places, and what they hold

We are taking our first 5 agent customers. The Managed Agent VM is the image we have run for our own agent since February 2026. On the call we give you the date your machine is set up, and the price on this page is held for you for 12 months from that date. The first customer machines go out once the image has passed its update and rollback tests on our own. Until then the button is the call, and no money moves before your machine is live.

How it works

From the call to the handover

  1. You book the fit call. We count the workflow and the integration with you, in writing.
  2. We quote what we counted. Nothing is added to it later without your yes.
  3. We set the agent up on a Managed Agent VM we run, with your own model key and your own spend limit.
  4. We test it with you, hand over the runbook, and the desk takes it from there.

The call

What to have ready

30 minutes, no cost. Bring these and we can count the work on the call.

  • The chat app your team already uses.
  • The system that holds the data: Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or your own software.
  • Who approves a change.
  • A model-provider account with a card and a spend limit set on it.
  • The workflow you want first: the trigger, and the steps after it.
  • The data that must never reach the model.
  • Your privacy contact.

  • Up to 10 desk hours a month, usually five to eight tickets

By application, on the call.

Questions

Before you book

Do I need the Managed Agent VM?

Yes. Both packages are set up on a Managed Agent VM, because that is where the snapshot before an update, the rollback and the backups live. It is a monthly hosting plan, month to month, and it sits on the quote as its own line.

What if the work needs more than the package covers?

We stop at the hours on the quote, tell you what is left and what it will take, and quote the rest at the hourly rate. Nothing outside the count is done quietly and billed later.

Can you work in the tools we already use?

Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 are in the packages. Anything else with a documented way in (an API) is an extra integration, at the price on this page.

When does it go live?

On the call we give you the date your machine is set up. We do not print a delivery time we have not measured yet.

What if it breaks after handover?

If the break is on our side, our image, our update or our configuration, we fix it inside 30 days and it is not a ticket. A change on your side, by the chat app or by the model provider, is a maintenance ticket.

Count the work on the call.

30 minutes, no cost, and you leave knowing what it costs.
