An engineer assesses all of it, a senior engineer signs the plan, and the same desk executes it in phases with a fixed price on each. We run our own hosting: the plan usually lands you on a platform we run, and if none fits it says so and names what would.

Said plainly
The report is yours.
Take it to us, or to anyone. A report that says stay put, or go elsewhere, is still a report we were paid for.
Moving a standard site to cPanel or Plesk hosting is free with that hosting.
That move is done at the hosting brand's desk and does not need us; say so on the call and we point you there. This page is for anything bigger than that.

A 30-minute call, no cost. What you run, who depends on it, what changed. We tell you the likely direction on the call.
Assess
A senior engineer signs a written report. It lists everything you run, sizing, security, backups, and where your data must live. It names the target platform with its monthly cost, the risks, and a phased plan with a fixed price per phase. The report is yours. Larger environments are quoted after the call.
Execute
Each phase on a ticket with a written scope and the quoted price. Backup before every phase; rollback written down for switch-overs. Bigger phases bill in halves: half when the phase starts, half at sign-off. Hours logged; you pay the quote.
Hand over
Backups, mail flow and DNS verified, then a handover call. Account, domain and logins in your name. The same desk and the same phone number afterwards.
The jobs
Typical jobs, starting prices
Fixed in the plan. No open-ended hourly bill. Desk hours are 8 am to 6 pm Pacific, Monday to Friday; a switch-over outside them is $300 per hour.
