Who we are. idig.net is iDigital Internet Inc., PO Box 28011, West Pender St PO, Vancouver, BC, Canada, V6C 3T7. This policy covers this website. Each hosting brand has its own.
What the form collects. Your name, company, email, phone if you give it, which brand you host with, what you are interested in, and your message. We also record a brand label when a supported link or referring site identifies the hosting brand. This helps us credit that brand. We do not send the referring page address.
Why. To reply to you and to book the call you asked for. Nothing else. No marketing list is built from the form.
Where it goes. The form creates a ticket in our support system, hosted on our own servers in Canada. Staff on our desk in North America may read it to reply. Nothing from the form is written to a web server log.
How long we keep it. For information about ticket retention, or to request deletion, call 1-866-821-8355 or reply to your ticket.
Your rights. You may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call 1-866-821-8355 or reply to the ticket. Under Canada's federal privacy law (PIPEDA) you may also complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Cookies and fonts. This site sets no tracking cookies. It stores the referring brand label in your browser for this tab, so the label follows you to the form. Fonts and page assets load from our own host. Following an external link opens that site under its own privacy policy.
