Idigital Internet Inc. (Idig) collects the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers’ access or visit, and information volunteered by the consumer (such as survey information and/or site registrations). The information we collect is used to improve the content of our services, web pages and applications, and is not shared with or sold to other organizations for commercial purposes, except to provide products or services that you've requested, when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances:

  • It is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of Terms of Service of the specific application, or as otherwise required by law.
  • We may transfer information about you if Idig is acquired by or merged with another company. In this event, Idig will notify you before information about you is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

INFORMATION GATHERING AND USAGE
  • When you register for any Idig product we may ask for information such as your name, company name, email address, billing address, credit card information but this information will not be shared with any other company.
  • Idig may use collected information for the following general purposes: products and services provision, billing, identification and authentication, services improvement, contact, and research. Idig does not share your personal information with third parties, unless explicitly approved by you.

COOKIES
  • A cookie is a small amount of data, which often includes an anonymous unique identifier, that is sent to your browser from a website's computers and stored on your computer's hard drive.
  • Cookies are required to use the Idig services.
  • We use cookies to record current session information, but do not require permanent cookies.

DATA STORAGE

Idig uses dedicated hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run our services that are 100% -owned and –operated by Idig at one of our designated Tier III data center facilities. Although Idig owns the hardware, code, databases, and all rights to the applications, your data is never saved onto our servers and the customer retains all rights to the data.

DISCLOSURE

Idig may disclose personally identifiable information under special circumstances, such as to comply with subpoenas or when your actions violate the Terms of Service of any of our applications.

CHANGES

Idig may periodically update this policy. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your Idig service primary account holder account or by placing a prominent notice on our site. You retain the right to access, amend, correct or delete your personal information where it is inaccurate at any time. To do so, please contact support@idig.net.

SAS70 Certified

Idig has successfully completed a SAS 70 Type II and CICA 5970 Type B audit. These auditing statements were developed to allow an independent auditor to review the controls established by a service organization and to ensure that the controls are valid and enforced. Through this audit, Idig’s documented controls and internal control environment were thoroughly tested including processes and policies that ensure compliance and consistency with the documented controls. The SAS 70 Type II and CICA 5970 Type B audit provide assurances that Idig customers are in secure, reliable and effective operating environments that have the proper controls for Internet operations and highly available IT services. This includes datacenter security, customer security, data storage, access and security.

Idig uses annual self-assessments to assure compliance within the US-EU Safe Harbor Framework as set forth by the US Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use and retention or personal data from the European Union. Our privacy policy above serves as our statement of adherence to the US-EU Safe Harbor Principles. We encourage you to use the contact information below to inform us of any complaints or disputes you may have regarding the use of your personal information. We will thoroughly investigate the matter internally and make every effort to attempt to resolve the issue quickly. If your dispute cannot be resolved by us internally, we agree to dispute resolution with the Better Business Bureau as our third party resolution provider.

In compliance with the Safe Harbor Principles, Idig commits to resolve complaints about your privacy and our collection or use of your personal information. European Union (EU) citizens with inquiries or complaints regarding this privacy policy should first contact Idig at support@idig.net. If you do not receive timely acknowledgement of your complaint, or if your complaint is not satisfactorily addressed by Idig, you may contact the BBB EU SAFE HARBOR program at www.bbb.org/us/safe-harbor-complaints.
